I am passionate about walking alongside you as you uncover insight, move through distress, and nurture your relationship with yourself and others.
I take a holistic, person-centred approach, drawing from trauma-informed therapies including EMDR, ACT, IFS, AEDP, and Polyvagal Theory. I also bring a unique perspective through my background as a yoga teacher, incorporating embodied practices and mindfulness into my work.
